Return & Replacement
At Divyam Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund terms below:
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide an unboxing video as proof.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at divyamstore703@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8586810946. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide when your request is accepted.
📌 Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Currently, we accept returns for all our products (Malas, Bracelets, Diyas, Yantras) provided the above conditions are met. However:
- Returns are not accepted for items without an unboxing video.
- Products must not be used or altered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product. In such cases, please share the unboxing video, and we’ll process your exchange request.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent to your bank account/UPI (details will be collected during the process).
- Refunds take 8–15 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Fee
- A flat ₹100 return shipping fee is charged to the customer for any return.
- No additional restocking fees apply.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- We offer standard shipping across India.

International Shipping
