At Divyam Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund terms below:

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide an unboxing video as proof.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

📌 Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Currently, we accept returns for all our products (Malas, Bracelets, Diyas, Yantras) provided the above conditions are met. However:

• Returns are not accepted for items without an unboxing video.
• Products must not be used or altered.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product. In such cases, please share the unboxing video, and we’ll process your exchange request.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent to your bank account/UPI (details will be collected during the process).
• Refunds take 8–15 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Fee

• A flat ₹100 return shipping fee is charged to the customer for any return.
• No additional restocking fees apply.

At Divyam Store, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• We offer standard shipping across India.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (If this changes, we will update this page.)

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, strikes, or natural events) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.
